MSR PLUS is ideal for use in confined spaces like attics, crawl spaces, basements, or outdoor patios and decks.
Simply apply MSR PLUS to the stained surface and watch stains disappear. For tougher, set-in stains, a second application or light scrubbing may be needed. Some surfaces may require rinsing with water after application.

COVERAGE: Using a standard chemical-resistant pump sprayer, 1 gallon typically covers 200-250 square feet of moderate staining. For more severe staining, an additional application may be needed.
It is recommended to follow application of MSR PLUS with an EPA-registered fungicide, such as Bio-Oxygen® Chem Decon, to kill any mold that is on the surface.
